At Infinity Accounting we recognize that each client is different and may need a combination of services. We offer many services that can be combined and customized to fit each clients needs. There are also services only available upon request.
Tax

Infinity Accounting specialize in individual and business tax returns.

Using the records you provide, we will analyze all of the data and prepare an annual tax return. During this process we will maximize your tax savings and prepare you for the upcoming year.
Cash Management
Cash Disbursement is the writing of a check to pay for an item previously obligated to be paid, such as loan payments, salary payments, or accounts receivable payments. Infinity Accounting will pay all of your bills and follow up with vendors on payment arrangements/inquiries.

Check requisitions are used to process payments to sub-contractors. It can be used for disbursements not processed through the usual accounts payable procedure. Infinity Accounting will provide a check requisition form that will make us aware of all of your disbursements that are not processed through the usual accounts payable procedure.

Bookkeeping
Recording of financial transactions. These transactions include sales, purchases, bill payments and other income. This function is vital to maintaining accurate financial records for your company/organization. Infinity Accounting will enter all of your financial information into our accounting software which will generate all of your financial statements.

Budgets & Projections
A budget is a financial plan and a list of all planned expenses and revenues. It is a plan for saving, borrowing and spending. The purpose of budgeting is to provide a forecast of revenues and expenditures, that is, construct a model of how your business might perform financially if certain strategies, events and plans are carried out. Infinity Accounting will list all projected expenses and income to plan for saving, borrowing and future spending. This process also includes allocating funds and analyzing figures to make suggestions.

Payroll
Payroll is crucial because payroll and payroll taxes considerably affect the net income of most companies and they are subject to laws and regulations (in the US, payroll is subject to federal and state regulations). Every pay period, Infinity Accounting will run payroll for all employees of your company or organization. State and federal withholdings will be paid to the proper tax agencies. We will file proper tax forms with their corresponding agency in a timely manner.

We will also prepare all 1099s for your contractors.
